Updates: Norwac, Nechepso & UAC!

I’ve got a few quick exciting updates to share – some upcoming conferences, a software launch, and a quick note about my services and consultations.

NORWAC 2025

I’m thrilled to be presenting at NORWAC 2025. It’ll be my first one I’ve ever attended, and my first time visiting the Pacific Northwest! I wasn’t able to go all these years because the conference was always scheduled during the last week of the school year, and as a teacher I was never allowed to take time off right at the end of the year. Then, the pandemic came so I again stayed home for several years. So finally, the time seems right!

I’ll be giving two talks:

• May 23rd, 2:45 PM PDT
  Timing with Minor Periods & Ascensional Times
  • I’ll be going over Valens’ technique of combining and dividing minor periods and ascensional times with some cool new examples and visualizations. I’ve written about this before here, but even if you know the technique you may still come away with something new, and you’ll see how we handle the calculation of this method in Nechepso.
• May 25th, 3:45 PM PDT
  Introduction to the Babylonian Goal Years
  • Brand new research and mind-blowing examples of the Babylonian Goal Years in action. Pretty proud of this one!

Nechepso Launches May 28th

The next generation of astrology software is almost here.

I’ve been working behind the scenes on Nechepso with my collaborators John Streaker and Nick Dagan Best, and it’s been a really crazy journey. A lot of blood, sweat, tears and love has gone into making it. There’s so much I want to say about it… but for now, I’ll just say: it’s extremely cool, and there’s a lot more information on our website and much more to come.

UAC 2026

I’ve been accepted as a speaker for UAC 2026 – the United Astrology Conference, the largest astrology gathering in the world!

I don’t yet know what I’ll be presenting on, but I’ll keep you posted once it’s finalized. This is a huge honor, and I’m really excited to be part of it.

Am I Still Doing Readings?

Not at the moment! I’ve had to pause all services while I focus on getting Nechepso out the door. I’m aiming to reopen my services in June 2025, and I appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Thanks to all of you who’ve stuck with me – I’m grateful every day to be an astrologer.
